1st century BC. Obv: opposed crescents with pellets and lines. Rev: horse right with straight legs and X in box below three-limbed symbol above and ADDEDOMAROS legend.

Semi-barbaric type. Obv: INP CARAVSIVS (INV?) legend with M as retrograde N, with radiate, draped bust right. Rev: ADVENTVS AVG legend with N retrograde; Carausius riding left, holding sceptre and branch, captive beneath horse's front hooves; no mintmark.

955-959 AD. Obv: small cross with +EADVVIG REX legend. Rev: two line inscription of FRDEM / VNDMO with contraction bar above MO for the moneyer Frithemund (previously known in the reign of Edgar at Winchester mint) with three small crosses at centre and floral ornament above and below.

1363-1369 AD, Treaty period, London. Obv: king in ship (rigging 3/2) holding shield bearing English arms and sword with +EDWARD DEI GRA REX ANGL DNS HYB Z AQT legend with annulet before EDWARD. Rev: floriate cross with 'E' at centre in tressure with +IHC AVTEM TRANSIENS PER MEDVI ILLORVM IBAT legend.

An important cast bronze diorama of a chariot and two horses (biga) on a rectangular base; the horses in stationary pose with yoke and halters; the yoke attached to a round-section pole attached to the axle-tree of the chariot behind; the chariot formed as a saddle block with three rings to the front and reins looped over the forward beak to the driver's hands; the driver in knee-length coat, seated on the saddle block, his legs extending to the axle-tree, bearded and bare-headed.

A terracotta rhyton with tubular body and everted rim, the finial a snarling feline with gaping jaws, applied eyes and ears, forepaws clenched; painted red with rows of ochre and black pellets, black painted detail to the face; mounted on a custom-made display stand.

A very large ceramic horse figurine in active pose with arched neck and head slightly tilted; the musculature carefully defined to the neck, chest and legs; the mouth open to receive a bridle and bit; shallow channel to the rear of the neck to accept a separate mane; the saddle and saddle blanket carefully moulded, coloured with orange and ochre pigment; the tail shown docked and bound.

A large ceramic red figure bell krater with pedestal foot and two round-section handles, rolled; decorated with a band of geometric ornament, palmettes beneath the handles; two figural scenes to the sides: Side A - a naked male with staff in the crook of his left arm, seated with a platter in his right hand, garland in his hair facing a standing female in loose peplos with floral garland in her left hand, staff in her right hand; Side B - two standing males facing each other, togate with short hair, one with a short staff.

A ceramic red figure ware skyphos with everted rim and two loop handles; the body painted with a wave pattern motif below, ovolo motif beneath the rim; beneath the handles, palmette motifs; Side A - an advancing female in loose chiton with a branch in the right hand, stephane to the hair and mirror in the left; Side B - the bust of a lady of fashion with stephane and earrings.

A bronze articulated folding tripod stand with extensible trellis legs; the upper end of each ornamented with a cast bronze female bust facing outwards with long curled hair and a diadem on a rectangular-section hollow mount, an L-shaped bracket to the rear to support the table-top; at the lower end of each leg a rectangular-section collar and foot formed as a lion's head with socket above and claw beneath; the scissor-joint of each leg covered with a domed discoid plate with concentric ring detail; a small hook to the sliding mechanism on one leg.

A cast statuette of the god Mercury standing nude with a cloak over his left shoulder, coin purse in his right hand, left hand open to hold the caduceus to his shoulder, petasos to his head and winged sandals to his feet; mounted on a custom-made display stand.

A large cast dragonesque brooch with La Tene style scrolled panels to the body and scrolls to the finials, the pin intact.

A cast bronze finial in the form of a horse's head with hatched mane, small elliptical ears, ring-and-dot eyes and clubbed muzzle; the socket elliptical in plan with a large attachment hole to one side.

A substantial rectangular gilt-bronze mount in a ferrous matrix with a high-relief chip-carved design in Salin's Style I.

A pale green beaker, conical in profile with applied trail base, eight hollow recurved lugs to the wall; Rhenish workmanship.

A gold ring with slightly tapering, convex D-section band, the shoulders engraved with a reserved flame design with a hatched background and with the bezel formed as a compound padlock, symbolising fidelity and chastity.

An ornamental gold finger ring with round-section hoop and foliage motifs to the shoulders, traces of niello infill; the bezel ovoid in plan with inset facetted pink stone.

A heavy gold finger ring with plain round-section hoop, large rectangular bezel with inset cabochon garnet.

A cast bronze harness pendant and suspender-bar; the pendant quatrefoil in plan with high-relief motifs of a boar's head, a crescent above and a radiant star below, all three badges of King Richard III; the suspension bar triangular in section with knop finials and collars, pierced in two places, hinge below.

A cast gilt-bronze mount, D-shaped and hollow to the reverse, formed with a human face above, modelled in the round; the mount decorated with radiating panels in green enamel and two vertical bands to the right side; pierced in two places for attachment.
