Description:
C. 710-760 AD. Obv: diademed bust left with +IO in front, within a beaded circle. Rev: interlaced linear cross, mascle centre with triangular limbs, pellet in centre, symbols around.
Measurements:
1.14 grams, 11.73 mm.
Condition:
Small chip, otherwise extremely fine, as struck.

Found Bedford in the late 1980's.

This type has affinity with the interlaced cross or star type (S. 831).
