Description:
C. 695-740 AD. Obv: diademed bust right with beaded 'crest' above, beak-like mouth and hooked nose; +LEL in front. Rev: quilled crescent, thick body with globular head and pellet outline beneath, with four parallel lines below.
Measurements:
1.06 grams, 11.06 mm.
Condition:
Good extremely fine with a most attractive light golden tone, as struck. A beautiful example.
