Description:
Circa 46-47 AD, Romano-British copying Lugdunum. Obv: TI CLAVD CAESAR AVG P M TR P VII IMP X legend with laureate bust right. Rev: SPQR PP OBCS legend in three lines within wreath.

Measurements:
2.79 grams.

Condition:
Very fine.

Comments notes:
From the hoard of approximately 170 fourree Claudius denarii found in 1995 near Wortham in Suffolk. These imitations were likely made in Britain around 50-51 AD.
