Description:
C. 13th century AD. Sterling type of Edward I period. Obv: facing bust with alternating pellets and rosettes in place of legend with large perforation at centre of flan. Rev: long floriate cross with slipped-fleur-in-circle in each angle with three pellets in each quarter in place of legend.
