Description:
Dated 1804. Overstruck on Spanish-American 8 reales, with traces of host coin visible (especially in legends), bust with :C.H.K on truncation and first laurel leaf to upright of E in DEI; dies ↑↑. Obv: with GEORGIVS III DEI GRATIA REX. legend. Rev: Britannia seated with shield and upright K to left, within garter inscribed with FIVE SHILLINGS DOLLAR with date 1804 below and BANK OF ENGLAND legend.
Measurements:
26.86 grams.
Condition:
Good very fine and better, small letter E countermark to obv. right field.
