Description:
Coin dated 1806/1807. A prisoner token, cut in the form of a crude cross from a copper penny of George III, with the word LIBERTY engraved one side and pierced for suspension. [No Reserve]

Measurements:
10.89 grams.

Condition:
The coin with wear; the engraving quite fresh.

Provenance:
From an important West Country collection.
