A septarian nodule with bones and carapace plates of the turtle Argillochelys antiqua, with a small group of detached pieces from this specimen; also with a laminated A4 information display card illustrating the piece. 430 grams total, 10cm (4"). Fine condition. Very rare.
Property of a Kent, UK collector; acquired UK market, 1970-2000; from the foreshore at Paddy's Point, Isle of Sheppey, Kent, UK.
