A pale blue glazed composition wedjat amuletic bead with moulded detail of the eye, pupil and brow outlined in brown; pierced for suspension.

From the Foxwell family collection; Mr H G and Miss E Foxwell purchased their collection from the late 1890's until the early 1920's, acquiring from the Forman collection (sold by Sotheby's in 1900) and the Mc Gregor Collection (sold by Sotheby's in 1922) and the Clements collection in 1923 and thence by descent.
