GREEK MACEDONIA - ALEXANDER III - ATHENA GOLD STATER
(8.56 grams.).

330-320 BC. Abydos mint. Obv: head of Athena right in a crested Corinthian helmet decorated with a serpent. Rev: ALEXANDROU legend with Nike standing left, holding wreath and stylis, AR monogram in left field. About extremely fine.
