Description:
17th century AD. A cast silver-gilt posy ring, the outer surface of the band divided into triangular and lozenge compartments, the latter each with a central quatrefoil; the interior engraved with the inscription 'CVMF ORT ME' in seriffed capital lettering.

Measurements:
1.18 grams, 18 mm diameter.

Condition:
Fine, with slight traces of enamel.

Provenance:
From a deceased estate.
