Description:
Circa 3rd century AD. The bezel with applied trefoil granulation surrounding the central cell containing a red gemstone mounted en cabochon, the hoop of twisted and braided form.

Measurements:
2.07 grams, 20 mm overall, 14.60 mm internal.

Condition:
Very fine with a small amount of wear to the exterior surfaces but sound and wearable; the stone possibly a later replacement.
