Roman - Gold Triangular Pendant with Blue Stone > Lot No. 652
Description:
Circa 2nd century AD. Superbly modelled and designed triangular pendant, the borders with four rows of twisted, plain and segmented wire and the points of the triangle decorated with a large granule; the centre displaying a boss with a blue cabachon; at the apex a banded suspension loop.
Measurements:
Gold, 2.04 grams, 22 mm.
Condition:
Extremely fine.
