Circa 2nd centry AD. A Roman ceramic brick stamped 'LEG I ITAL' in reverse, made by the Italica Legion at Olpia Oescus on the lower Danube (one of the Emperor Trajan's strategic bases prior to the second invasion of Dacia in 106 AD).

Measurements:
200mm wide x 195mm high.
