1621-1623 AD. Third Coinage, Sixth Bust, mm Thistle. Obv: profile bust right with 'XII' mark of value behind and IACOBVS D G MAG BRIT FRA ET HIB REX legend. Rev: square shield with QVAE DEVS CONIVNXIT NEMO SEPARAT legend. 5.76 grams. Near very fine on a full flan with slight weakness to bust and shield.
