Insurance Replacement

Insurers usually offer a discounted insurance premium to clients who have a comprehensive inventory of their chattels, and an independent valuation undertaken by a professional valuer. Such an inventory has the added benefit of enabling claims to be settled quickly. It is advisable to keep the document up-to-date, with any additions and deletions duly noted. A regular review of current market prices is also recommended to ensure that the insured value is a fair reflection of the cost of replacement.

Insurance Claim Assistance

For clients who do not have a full and current inventory of their chattels, TimeLine Auctions is able to offer advice on current market values for many classes of object.

Probate

The administration of a deceased estate is an onerous task. TimeLine Auctions is able to assist executors with valuations for probate purposes. As both valuers and auctioneers, TimeLine Auctions are positioned to offer a range of services to executors with the sale or disposal of chattels, assessment for probate and evaluation for insurance replacement values.

TimeLine Auctions is a member of Confederation of British Industry (CBI), The Property Ombudsman (TPO), Art Loss Register (ALR), Association of International Antiquities Dealers (AIAD) and British Numismatic Trade Association (BNTA), .
